Shipping
TheRubberStore.com ships same day if possible or next day. Business and shipping hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm orders received after 12:01pm are shipped the following day. If you select expedited shipping methods such as Next Day, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Select we will do our best to get your items out the same day, provided our pick up has not yet been retrieved. The Rubber Store is a distributor for Columbia Engineered Rubber Inc. If a particular product is not available in your desired quantity, we will send the product manufacture-direct.

Our primary and preferred shipping carrier is UPS. During checkout you will be presented with the UPS options we have available to you, ground, 3day select, 2 day air, 1 day air, as well as international options. Please select the shipping method you are most comfortable with.
Tracking
Tracking information is available once your products have been shipped. You will receive an email detailing the shipment method, and estimated delivery time, along with your tracking number you may use to track your package at UPS.com.
Returns
The Rubber Store.com sells technically specified materials. Due to the nature of these products we can not accept returns on delivered items. For further assistance please call one of our customer support representatives at 1-800-750-6062
If you receive the wrong product, wrong quantity, or a defective product, we will offer you a replacement part at no cost. Please call us at 1-800-750-6062 to speak with a customer support representative who may assist you.
