Product Search Help:

We have over thousands of products in our database and growing. Our goal is to provide the most efficient way for our customers to locate their product with the following types of searches:

Navigation Search - You may click through our categories listed in the left navigation menu, and drill down to the correct product line to see all products meeting the criteria.
Part Number Search / Query - You may also enter a part number in our search box located either in the left column or top right corner to search for specific part numbers or standard measurement types such as: "AS568-001", "AS568-425".
Interactive Search - Our product search page gives users the ability to select specific criteria and use that to find products based on that criteria. Here are some tips for using our ProductSearch page:
1. Click on ProductSearch in the left-hand navigation window or top right hand corner.
2. Select the product type you wish to search for.
--To maximize search results when searching for bellows, select "All Designs" and leave "Material Type" blank.
3. Select the measurement type: Inch or Metric
--Orings are also listed by their AS568 "Dash" number
4. You may click the "Search" button at anytime to view all products meeting the requirements you have selected.

Request A Quote Help:

Our RFQ form is available to request a custom part, size, design or material type not listed on our website. As an online product provider we will be able to forward your specialized request directly to our manufacturer on your behalf.

Quote Request via Email: We understand that many times customers shop potential suppliers and prefer to email their part number request via email. In such instances, one of our representatives will respond to your email with links to our similar or equivalent product(s) if available. For parts not appearing on our website we will forward or direct your request to our manufacturer.

We offer volume pricing on all our products. Minimum Order Quanties are displayed for each product on their respective produt listing page.

Stock Quantities:

O-Rings:
Typical lead time for out of stock o-rings is 1-2 weeks from time of order. This can vary based on manufacturing scheduling, material type, or size. If for any reason the lead time would be longer then 1-2 weeks our staff will contact you and ask how you wish to proceed.

Bellows:
2 Week Bellows:
Bellows which show 2 weeks are out of stock but already scheduled to arrive or be in production shortly. These bellows are sold on a first ordered first sent basis, if one of these bellows will work for your application we recommend you place your order now as opposed to checking back later. This is because we can augment our order at the manufacture while in production, quicker then we can schedule an additional production run.

5 or 10 Week Bellows:
Bellows displaying 5 or 10 weeks are bellows that are not in production and not scheduled to be in production. Once an order is received we work directly with our manufacturers to schedule a production run. Based on manufacture specifications this can take 5 or up to 10 weeks depending on the guidelines laid out by our manufactures.
